A completely improvised and totally magical piano introduction to Northern Flame, the title track from this album.

I have to admit we did far too many takes of this song in the studio, and every single one of Richard Jones' intros was completely different and housed something new and brilliant that I found it the most impossible task to choose a take!

Rich has his own trio album out which I'd heavily recommend if you enjoy this as much as me.
